Full automatic blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.
These series are the most stable automatic stretch blow moulding machine. The capacity can be 2000-12000BPH, It is widely used to produce bottles in shapes: Carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET etc.

Blowing process:
Step 1. Put the preform into the preform container, and automatically enter the preform positioning device through the conveying device.
Step 2. Put the mouth of the preform upwards, and the preform is automatically loaded on the preform holder and sent into the drying tunnel.
Step 3. After heating, the preform is sent to the blowing platform, and then the mold is locked, and the bottle is formed by low-pressure blowing, high-pressure blowing, exhaust, and mold opening.
In the fourth step, the finished bottle comes down from the bottle-blowing platform through the automatic ejection system.
